Hi! I am Sharon.

Sometimes, people look at my picture from my corporate days and say to me, "Will the REAL Sharon, please stand up?" Yes, I do look quite different. The fact is, I was different.

I was a YES Woman, a perfectionist, the one who took the fall, the ruminator/overthinker, and the potato dumper (meaning I would often put lots on myself and then complain to others about how unfair it was). But you know what? I realised it was me who was allowing it all to happen.

Today, when people ask who I am? 

I would say I am a Prevailer who's devoted to physical and mental health and wellness. More inm
